Where We Deliver

UTotes proudly serves the Greater Triangle area. Delivery within 25 miles of downtown Raleigh is always free. Beyond that, delivery and pickup are each priced separately based on their own zone — a flat $10 per trip between 25 and 35 miles, and a flat $20 per trip between 35 and 50 miles.

The map shows a general idea of these zones, but it's based on straight-line distance, not actual driving distance. For your exact zone and cost, use the calculator link below.

If you're more than 25 miles from downtown Raleigh, your order must be placed by phone — call 919-283-1112 to book. Use the calculator above to see your exact cost first, then give us a call to schedule.

Due to insurance regulations, delivery and pickup are curbside only. We bring your totes to the closest spot our vehicle can reach and you meet us there, we don't carry them up or down stairs or through your door, even for ground-floor units. From the moment you sign for delivery until we sign the totes back in at pickup, they're your responsibility.
